Rates and Policies

Weekend rental rates from Friday at 10am until Sunday at 4PM - up to 11 guests

2025 RATES: $1166.00 for the weekend. Add an extra 24 hours to your weekend rental for $212.00

2026 RATES: $1282.60 for the weekend.  Add an extra 24 hours to your weekend rental for $233.20​

Interested in starting your weekend rental early?  You can add the evening before your rental for $31.80 per person with 3 person minimum.   Check in time for those arriving the evening before is 6 pm.   Please notify us 30 days in advance if you intend to take advantage of the evening before option and include payment with your final weekend payment.

Mid-week, daily and weekly rentals are also available.

Deposit due at time of booking.  Balance due 30 days before arrival date.

Cancellation policy: 

​

• Reservations cancelled more than 3 months prior to your reserved dates will permit a transfer to a re-booked weekend. 

• Cancellations less than three months prior will forfeit your deposit.

• Cancellations less than one month prior will forfeit your deposit and you are responsible for the remaining balance.   

Please know that while we understand that things may happen, we hope you can also understand that our goal is to provide a home where women can retreat together while connecting, relaxing and creating.  In order to continue to be able to providing this retreat home, we need to have reasonable costs and fair policies for everyone. We want to be able to host friends who can enjoy the house for years to come!  Thank you for understanding.
